Goodreads Rating: 4.20
Page: 416

An unvarnished portrait of a marriage that is both ordinary and extraordinary, Dancing on Broken Glass takes readers on an unforgettable journey of the heart. Lucy Houston and Mickey Chandler probably shouldn’t have fallen in love, let alone gotten married. They’re both plagued with faulty genes—he has bipolar disorder; she, a ravaging family history of breast cancer. But when their paths cross on the night of Lucy’s twenty-first birthday, sparks fly, and there’s no denying their chemistry. Cautious every step of the way, they are determined to make their relationship work—and they put their commitment in writing. Mickey will take his medication. Lucy won’t blame him for what is beyond his control. He promises honesty. She promises patience. Like any marriage, there are good days and bad days—and some very bad days. In dealing with their unique challenges, they make the heartbreaking decision not to have children. But when Lucy shows up for a routine physical just shy of their eleventh anniversary, she gets an impossible surprise that changes everything. Everything. Suddenly, all their rules are thrown out the window, and the two of them must redefine what love really is.

Review: Endlessly || Kiersten White

Evie's paranormal past keeps coming back to haunt her. A new director at the International Paranormal Containment Agency wants to drag her back to headquarters. The Dark Faerie Queen is torturing humans in her poisonous realm. And supernatural creatures keep insisting that Evie is the only one who can save them from a mysterious, perilous fate.

The clock is ticking on the entire paranormal world. And its fate rests solely in Evie's hands.

So much for normal.

The Trilogy started with Paranormalcy and ended with Endlessly. I actually never thought that i would read Endlessly, because Supernaturally was a total disaster for me. I am sucker for PRN but this one really bored me to my bones. I was talking about second one here.

Until this month i did not know that Endlessly was the END, if i did, i would suck up and read last book long ago. So when DEX sent me the book i just a bit swooned, in a good way. Purple, purple everywhere! LOL.

I liked Endlessly, i was not expecting total slap-up. To be honest i liked that it is the end. It was a mild one though. Evie was always Evie; without plan, in trouble, in love, manipulated, found guilty...

In the novel paranormal creatures wants Evie to open a portal and send them to home but Evie had had enough being manipulated. She rejects them. But this is not her only problem. IPCA has a new director and she is after her.

I don't know if i will ever read a White novel again. [And i already added "Mind Games" to my to be read list. Now, here you see my other face.]

My favori character was Lend. I love his power, unique. He was, as always, useless. Reth on the other hand was a SOB. He was scheming, setting up something, just wanting to go home. I am kinda sad for them :(

So just the finish this series, you may read thebook. But do not ever, if you are not cherish YA, start.

Memoirs of a Geisha || Arthur Golden

In Memoirs of a Geisha, we enter a world where appearances are paramount; where a girl's virginity is auctioned to the highest bidder; where women are trained to beguile the most powerful men; and where love is scorned as illusion. It is a unique and triumphant work of fiction—at once romantic, erotic, suspenseful—and completely unforgettable.

Obsidian || Jennifer L. Armentrout

 Starting over sucks.
When we moved to West Virginia right before my senior year, I'd pretty much resigned myself to thick accents, dodgy internet access, and a whole lot of boring.... until I spotted my hot neighbor, with his looming height and eerie green eyes. Things were looking up.
And then he opened his mouth.
Daemon is infuriating. Arrogant. Stab-worthy. We do not get along. At all. But when a stranger attacks me and Daemon literally freezes time with a wave of his hand, well, something...unexpected happens.
The hot alien living next door marks me.
You heard me. Alien. Turns out Daemon and his sister have a galaxy of enemies wanting to steal their abilities, and Daemon's touch has me lit up like the Vegas Strip. The only way I'm getting out of this alive is by sticking close to Daemon until my alien mojo fades.
If I don't kill him first, that is.

Soon, though, Allie discovers Cimmeria Academy is no ordinary school. Nothing there is as it seems. And her new friends are hiding dangerous secrets.

The Murder of Roger Ackroyd || Agatha Christie

Agatha Christie’s genius for detective fiction is unparalleled. Her worldwide popularity is phenomenal, her characters engaging, her plots spellbinding. No one knows the human heart or the dark passions that can stop it better than Agatha Christie. She is truly the one and only Queen of Crime.
The Murder Of Roger Ackroyd
Village rumor hints that Mrs. Ferrars poisoned her husband, but no one is sure. Then there’s another victim in a chain of death. Unfortunately for the killer, master sleuth Hercule Poirot takes over the investigation.

I just finished and the only thing in my mind is ” Agatha Rocks”. I have never read one of her books, i love the genre but.. you know i have other things to read etc.
You never expect what gonna happen, who is the murderer. Even you are suspect of yourself in one point. I strongly sugest the book, if you like the genre, that is it.

The Stranger || Kyra Davis

Kasie knows who she’s supposed to be. But one passionate night with a mysterious stranger will teach her who she wants to be.

Maybe it’s the dress, much shorter than she’d ever normally wear, or the Scotch, but something makes her give herself over to him more completely than she's ever done with a man before.
It was supposed to be just one night. But right as she’s thinking she wants more, he shows up in her office with an agenda. As the billionaire CEO of a company that’s engaged her PR firm, his demands just became her reality...and he desires so much more than just some attention in the boardroom.
