Starting over sucks.
When we moved to West Virginia right before my senior year, I'd pretty much resigned myself to thick accents, dodgy internet access, and a whole lot of boring.... until I spotted my hot neighbor, with his looming height and eerie green eyes. Things were looking up.
And then he opened his mouth.
Daemon is infuriating. Arrogant. Stab-worthy. We do not get along. At all. But when a stranger attacks me and Daemon literally freezes time with a wave of his hand, well, something...unexpected happens.
The hot alien living next door marks me.
You heard me. Alien. Turns out Daemon and his sister have a galaxy of enemies wanting to steal their abilities, and Daemon's touch has me lit up like the Vegas Strip. The only way I'm getting out of this alive is by sticking close to Daemon until my alien mojo fades.
If I don't kill him first, that is.

I read in the pass months Turkish edition of Obsidian by Jennifer L. Armentrout and i loved every minute of it.
He is a jerk..
He is an alien..
he is a mean bastard
He is Daemon!
And she is a girl fallen to unknown, in a small town...
She is a bookworm
She is a blogger.. (How could you not love her!)
She is Kathy..
And i love both of them.
Okay, i accept they are not unique but their story is told in a way that i adored it. Funny, engaging, could make you throw a laugh... I don't have mant words to describe actually. Many Turkish blogger and reader loved Daemon, even we say mean things about him, not that it is a secret that he is no gentelman.
However, i did not like the end. What did happen, how could she do that? and i found that author could have a bit work on that, it feels weak...
I recommend this book to all paranormal, YA, romance lovers.
